(From my poetry Collection 'Signatures')
Debating over
some one’s creation
I don’t quite understand
why does anyone need to debate
over one man’s
creation
done out of his pouring breath, blood
and all labour of
his life time.;
Over a cup of tea
and among air
conditioned gathering
we discuss, dissect
and debate
all the crimes he
or she had done;
within the
restricted time limit
then we run to
catch our train
promptly after collecting our fee;
unmindful of the
scars left bleeding
over him or her for
the curse
he or she needed to
bear with
as a person named
for creation.
But one solace;
In Tamil, there is a
proverb
No stones thrown
over a unyielding
tree.
