(From my poetry Collection 'Signatures')
How can I forget
you, my silence?
How can I ?
You are my silence,
only mine, my own.
How can anyone
know?
How can any other
silence know?
You are my silence
only mine.
You were the only
bridge between
one silence to
another
You were the only
hold when
when I dared to fly
another trapeze
None knew how your
eyelashes
threw life boats to
me as I sank;
None knew how your
lip corners
egged out little
lights of hope
as I went funk
Silence is our only
solace
My darling, my
darling ,my darling
Our connection ,
born, raised and
continue by it.
None will know none
ever will;
All my ships
harboured
at your eye brow
junction;
And I need not
confirm
this is not meant
for
either thanksgiving
or love blabbering
You know it very
well darling
We exhale our love
for each other's to
inhale
